We are delighted to invite you to participate in the prestigious Ivy Polo Cup 2018.

The leading teams, aided by guests from South America, will play on one of the best fields in this part of Europe. The Polish International Championships will be played during this year’s edition of the tournament.

This celebration of sports will also be an ideal opportunity for social gathers of polo enthusiasts, business leaders and their families. The tournament will take place between August 9th and 11th, 2018.

The Polish International Championships – IVY POLO CUP 2017, one of the most prestigious polo tournaments in the country, took place for the fourth time at the IVY CLUB in Śliwinki. During the occasion we had the privilege to welcome some of the most talented polo teams as well as their accompanying guests to our club.

The Championships, which are organized in Śliwinki, are an extremely popular event – not only among the player themselves but also their friends and family members. This kind of event is always an excellent opportunity to take part in a one-of-a-kind meeting as well as a noble rivalry and follow the action on the field.

Four clubs competed against each other during the tournament: Warsaw Polo Club, Jack & Friends, Sowiniec Polo Club and Ivy Polo Club. It was the Sowiniec Polo Club, with team members Leszek Jurga, Mateusz Świtalski, Marcin Świtalski and Facu Cordeu, that emerged victorious from the emotion-packed rivalry. A member of the victorious team, Marcin Świtalski, received the tournament’s most valuable player award while Cameta, a mare belonging to Facu Cordeu, was honored as the tournament’s best horse.

Just like in previous years, this year’s tournament turned out to be an significant social gathering. Important and well-known personalities from the world of sports, business and the arts were all among our guests at the event. All of the participants admired the noble sport that is polo and at halftime, in accordance with tradition, tamped down the field which was riddled with hoofs marks.

This year's Summer Ivy Cup is behind us.

This time it was held a slightly different convention- Single Entry.

The organizer decided on respective team compositions by splitting the players up to the top-seeded professional players from Argentina.

The fight for the top was really close, fierce and was continued until practically the last day of the tournament. Also the audience had a difficult task because they had to rooting for particular players. There was no shortage of emotions.

The final of The 2016 Ivy Polo Cup Polish International Championship is behind us.

We played the final of The 2016 Ivy Polo Cup Polish International Championship in the first week of August. As is in previous editions of the event - the tournament, which this time was played for the first time with the ranking of Polish championships, featured all of the most renowned teams. The Ivy Polo Club team won the final match which took place on August 6^th.

The Ivy Polo Cup Polish International Championship is one of the most important and prestigious events of its kind in the country. As in previous years, we were able to invite the best Polish teams, a group of international referees, renowned polo experts, fans of the teams as well as equestrian enthusiasts. The international status of our tournament is no doubt confirmed by the fact that the head referee was Tony Keyte – one of the top seven polo referees in the world. Jan-Eric Franck, the world-renowned commentator of the sport, was a special guest of the tournament – he was accompanied Dariusz Urbanowicz – play-by-play man of the Legia Warsaw football club. This incredible duet made sure that the incredible emotions experienced by participants were felt by all the guest attending the tournament.

This year four teams, including Sowiniec Polo Club, Warsaw Polo Club, Jack & Friends and Ivy Polo Club, battled for the title. The heated battle was won by: Piotr Rogowski, Krzysztof Gajdamowicz, Patricio Elgarrista and Simon Crotto – playing for the Ivy Polo Club. The tournament’s MVP title went to Santiago Oubina from Warsaw Polo Club while the best horse turned out to be "Coca-Cola" – belonging to Krzysztof Gajdamowicz.

The emotional day concluded with an evening party, during which a charity auction was held. The auction’s featured item was a painting by Jimeny Sundblad whose work is expression of her fascination with the noble nature of horses. Proceeds from the auction went to the Ronald McDonald House Charities.

Another edition of the Ivy Polo Cup - The Polish International Championships - has taken place this year. Four teams took part in the competition: Ivy Polo Club, Sowiniec Polo Club, Warsaw Polo Club and Jack & Friends.

We are pleased to announce that the winner of the final match was the Ivy Polo Club team! Warsaw Polo Club was second, Sowiniec Polo Club third and Jack & Friends forth.

In September (18 till 20) on our own field, Poland Championship was held, being actually a summary of the successful season, and won by team from Sowiniec. Sowiniec Polo Club scored 12 points in total, winning in perfect style all matches in tournament. Second place in Championship took Buksza Polo Club. Ivy Polo Club - squad included players: Piotr Rogowski, Patricio Elgarrista, Krzysztof Gajdamowicz and Jerzy Czetwertyński won third place. During the championship the audience turned up in great numbers, gave the players a huge doping in pleasurable time. Beautiful weather, bright and cloudless sky were just bonus to idyllic atmosphere and echoing positive moods during championship.

We would like to thank all contestants for participation and congratulate on sport progress, because actually all matches remained strong. We thank also people engaged in polo promotion, as this sport is one of the oldest horse riding activities – it is wonderful to observe good old customs.

Thus, summer season in our club has been closed. The autumn / winter season is time for work on shaping next year’s competition. We are already inviting you to come and enjoy polo tournament, about which we will give information on our website.

Second tournament and Sowiniec Polo Club reached once again the highest trophy. The best competitor was Marcin Świtalski from Sowiniec Polo Club, the most dynamically player was Marta Mirka from Warsaw Polo Club, and the best horse was Mani from Ivy Polo Club. Everyday Mariano takes care of him.

Nick Sincler provided musical entertainment unique to this tournament. He performed the greatest hits ever carrying the audience away for a dance and making them sing. He created that special kind of atmosphere which turned an event into a memorable experience. We heartily congratulate our winners and thank all player for taking part in Ivy Polo Cup. In very windy weather of July there was played a tournament – Ivy Summer Cup.
Victorious team was Sowiniec Polo Club. Our Club took podium’s third place. We would like to congratulate all those who participated in the tournament. We also thank especially to our public who motivates us to further efforts and better results.
